Managers were approachable and supportive. Team members were friendly and collaborative. The work environment was respectful and inclusive. Flexible hours and student-friendly expectations. Good exposure to professional engineering culture.

Cons

Office spaces felt old. Limited hands-on tasks for students. Not much technical challenge or variety. Few opportunities to take initiative.
