working at FAB1 feels like family, everyone knows each other and respects each other. This is an excellent place for an electronic engineer to start working at high tech. Mainly manufacturing Investigations and data analysis. Significant role if someone is looking for a management career or board design engineer. Essential to be familiar with transistors/diodes/semiconductors and over time manufacturing process/VLSI. Great work-life balance (flexible)

Cons

Less professional position in electronics at first. Work around the clock and intensive. Less "High Tech" company more (not substantial benefits)
