Cons

Day/Night Shifts, Overtime Shifts (2 days minimum each month) for some one is a Pro and others its a Con.

Extremely understaffed. Low end of industry pay spectrum. CHEAP company. Being good at your job is a punishment, because you'll get more responsibility but no pay increase. 6 hrs of PTO per quarter, but shifts are 12 hours?
