Pros

Good benefits and pay compared to other stores. Nice people.

Cons

Upper management needs to touch base with floor workers to understand customer wants and what products to try and get/steer away from.

Pros

Offers decent insurance and benefits with kaiser permanente

Cons

Top heavy upper-management that has no idea what is actually happening on the floors of their stores while making huge changes that are only adding hardship to their employees. HR is a joke and does not punish blatant abuse. Management is always watching. Everyone is expected to be cross trained in practically all departments. Cuts hours to departments while adding more work that they know will take more labor.
