WORST JOB I'VE BEEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!!! They lie to you since the beginning when you get hired. They tell you that you will make around $80 to $85 in a 8 hour shift while you really make $40 or $60 max. The only part they don't lie to you is about the hourly pay that is $8.95. They also lie about the overtime which you can make overtime in the beginning when you get hired and then it stops. They don't care about you, no benefits, no hourly raise. They keep hiring anyone on the street for the dispatcher position which they fired a lot of them already because they been stealing our tip money from the dispatcher booth, which is where we put the tips in when we receive the tips from the guests after parking a car. Also some valets pocket in money instead of leaving the tips they receive on the booth. This Pool System in this place is the WORST EVER!!!. Everyone has access to the safe, except the valet attendants, there are tons of supervisors, and 2 assistant managers. They give us our tips the next day because they have to count the money at the end of the shift, some people receive less tips working the same amount of hours when we compare them sometimes. The manager Andrew just go there sometimes to help park cars. He leaves all the responsability to his assistant managers for the most part. If you talk to him about any unfair issue with their assistant managers or any concern he just replies that he is busy and that whatever the assistant managers said is right. Camilo is one of the assistant managers there that works in the AM, he is good, he park cars, he write tickets and help us when we are busy, he is a true leader that talks to us with respect. On the other hand, the other assistant manager's name is Tittus and he works the PM shift. This guy is the WORST assistant manager ever. First, he got hired as a valet attendant and on his first day he wanted to boss around the other valet attendants. He wanted to tell us to take cars to the garage and he started to get into the dispatcher computer instead of parking more cars when we were busy. So one day after 2 months of being hired, out of nowhere he became the assistant manager without him being a supervisor first. WEIRD. As soon as he went up, he treated everyone with disrespect, he talks loud on the radio and he says "Do it now, is an order" he makes fun of people, he doesn't park cars at all when we are busy, he just walks with his radio like some type of security. He wants to look like a cop, sometimes he acts like a little kid. RIDICULOUS!!! He abuses and take advantage that most of the employees there are pretty young so he does whatever he wants and talks to them however he wants. He is sucking up to the manager since day one. No one will report him because they need the job but this company needs to do a lot of improvements starting with who they hire into this company. They are always hiring more and more people very desperately because valet attendants don't last there, they quit very fast because of the company's lack of management. Very sketchy tips!!
