Pros

Townsquare is a company where people are first. I enjoy working for this company - and I have played a few different roles since starting with Townsquare. Everyone in a leadership role has shown that it's people first and I believe this is the core success of TSM as a whole. I want to work, and work hard because I know I have a full team along with leadership always behind me. I enjoy the way my current team allows me to grow and with all of the platforms and their updates, I'm continuously learning something new and only growing my knowledge and expertise in this field. The full support I get from my direct report is something that I will always cherish and never want to walk away from. This extends to also the top of the top leadership in this company. There is no one "too big" that I can't reach out to and they also show the support they have every single team member we have at Ignite. Thank you for all for giving me the best work environment, the tools to grow and the opportunity to soar in my career.

Pros

Remote work flexibility. Potential to earn decent income, though difficult to sustain due to high client churn.

Cons

High client churn due to high overhead and poor production quality. The work environment was toxic, with noticeable favoritism and little support for employee growth or success. Rather than addressing issues, management often shifted blame to employees. There was a lack of transparency with clients, along with setting unrealistic expectations for their digital marketing results. The CLT office struggled with retaining employees and managers, with many leaving or being terminated due to unachievable KPIs. Earned PTO or severance was not paid upon termination, and both salary and benefits were substandard. There was also no clear path for career growth.
