Pros

- Great team - Work/life balance - Good compensation package - This is a great position to gain more experience and jump start your career.

Cons

- A lot of issues with communication throughout Townsquare Interactive and Townsquare Media. There isn't a lot of transparency. - They don't value their employees. You could be there for years and producing for them, and you could even be the best but you'll still be considered in a layoff. - Don't be fooled, they have layoffs every single year and its usually close to the holidays. - There is no structure. They have short-term goals for long-term problems.
