Pros

The people working there were young. They hire people that just graduated so they don't have to pay them as much. Work life balance is good. Never work on weekends. But they will do anything in their power to make you come into the office.

Cons

Upper management did not care about us at all. There was a huge disconnect from upper management and department directors. Part of your salary is a "bonus" that you earn after reaching unattainable checkpoints.
