Pros

The employees and coworkers were great.

Cons

Old ways of doing things. No innovation. CEO was the worst corporate glib imaginable. After the announcement of company folding, got on his private helicopter with his millions in bonuses and never returned.

Pros

Work environment is casual with a lot snacks provided. You can wear jeans everyday and are allowed to watch cable TV while working.

Cons

Management plays favorites with their employees. There was one co-worker that I worked with who was constantly tardy to work, yet the boss never seemed to care. However with me, I got chewed out after only being late twice. Investigations software was complicating to use and CCTV camera times were off at many stores. This it made it difficult for us to complete our work in a timely manner. Being able to work rotating shifts are a requirement. You could be working from 1:30-10pm one day and then have to be there by 7AM the next day, so you can't get yourself on a regular sleep schedule.
