      Pros

      The benefits for my family are incredible. The programs and policies are very family friendly and supporting. It remains the best company I have worked for so far.

      Cons

      The job can be very demanding of your personal time. Constantly needing to change your schedule "for the needs of the business" cuts into family time often. From visits to turnover it is very demanding of your time making it easier for single manager to adjust.
