Pros

Emphasis on team environment and improving team engagement. Flexible scheduling, all requested days off/vacations were approved. Quarterly store parties. Yearly raises, I know some companies don't give raises anymore. If you work hard, career advancement is easy.

Cons

Its retail, meaning you work all holidays! Yearly 2% raises for exceeding performance. Some goals set were unreachable. Medical plan was significantly expensive

Pros

They smile at you before they stab you in the back. Act like they care when they really don't. So sad

Cons

A man's world! Store manager lets the ASM he favors sleep with an associate. When made known, they all of sudden did away with my position, and I get laid off, not fired, to "save expenses"
