Pros

It's fun to work with toys, you see alot of happy kids, the vendors I dealt with were generally awesome.

Cons

In store management issues. I worked 8 hours shifts without ever getting a 15 minutes break-all year round. I worked 5 years with excellent reviews and a raise every single review. But a new ceo comes in and raises everyone who wasn't making a certain amount up to that, but not proportionally. Nowe I made the exact same amount as the people who didn't care about their jobs and we're just there for the season. It's a slap in the face to 5 years of working hard. Being team leader also came with more responsibilities--training people, manager numbers. Yet no raise. And no health benefits unless you're management because only they get the hours required.

Pros

The people in the company are great. Management really respects and values the opinions of their employees and gives plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

During the holidays, the stores get really busy and it can be hard to keep up at times. Also, there are a lot of children that come through the store who are rather loud and obnoxious.
