Pros

They have a lot of toys and the work is not hard.

Cons

When I was there I went in as a seasonal employee. After three nights of working they decided to make me a supervisor. However they were not willing to give me supervisor pay or any benefits. They wanted me to make the same amount as every other seasonal person but wanted me to have twice the responsibilities. Needless to say I quit. I didn't need the job just wanted something to take up some of my free time.

Pros

Started in 2011 as a seasonal then got hired on as a part time back of house/ merchandiser. Many supervisors were awesome and helped teach me the ropes and were very supportive even if I didn't understand what they wanted. Also co-workers are really great; my truck team and merchandiser team are a great family and we all have each others back. No one gets left behind and I have never felt scared to share my feelings or thoughts; even seeking help for something I didn't understand fully people would gladly help me without making me feel dumb. Also if one of uses was sick or hurt the team would step up to help and made it a great place to work.

Cons

The corporate heads decided that back of house isn't worth their time or money and so cut everyone's hours and even the raises which weren't even that high at first. My raises for being a great working were never more than 14 cents at the most and now they are cutting it even more. Also a new manger was transferred to our store and he is the most unqualified manger I have ever seen. He belittles everyone lower than him, never knows what to do, and takes his frustration out on anyone lower than him. Mostly the back of house team. This place was a nice place to work even if the pay wasn't much you still got enough hours to at least cover gas and have enough money to pay bills. Now I only make enough to maybe pay for my gas back and forth. I can't live with the pay checks I've been getting; you literately need to work another job while working here now and it's not worth working here. All they care about is if you sell their credit cards and BPP if you don't then your nothing to the company. They treat you like crap and will push you beyond what a normal human can do just so they can make there sells.
