Pros
Very flexible with schedule if you have committments, you are able to apply for benefits upon hire even if you're a part time employee, managment really attentive and wants you to learn position, easily accessible through public transportation.
Cons
The rate of pay if horrible only eight dollars even when you have years of experience, they also have difficulty fitting training hours into there regular work week so this you'll only work about four hours a day and not everyday until you learn the job
