All around great people who want to help you succeed. You will learn a lot. Overall very nice people who work hard.

Cons

The company is currently trying to reinvent itself so working here could be considered a risk, but the company culture is great.

Pros

As an intern it was really laid back, Very small company, 2 employees (Theo and Canada)in Cambridge, one more on the West Coast. Really got to know the guys and pick their brains about the radio and music industry during my time there. Extremely flexible schedule ("yeah just come in after morning rush").

Cons

Data entry, gets real boring. Others may have different data to enter but theres not too much else they can offer their interns. Too small to offer benefits or pay.
