Pros

Great attitudes, fun people, easy job to learn yet still occupies the mind. I worked 2 Christmas seasons in a row, and I loved it and am willing to apply again if I need some extra hours this year.

Cons

I didn't like the clean-up at the end of the night. I worked the late shift and the last hour or so was everyone wandering around putting things back and straightening the shelves. It can get very dusty and takes forever with little instruction. I understand why it has to be done, but it sucked.

Pros

My department was fun to work with, even though I only got to see my coworkers during the busiest season of the year.

Cons

Angry supervisors on power trips, being treated like absolute dirt, not having enough time to accomplish my duties, being told to do something different even though I was supposed to complete a vital assignment. Store was full of chaos, and nothing ever got done. Got yelled at to do my work even when I was doing the exact thing they told me to. No hours outside of season - really, I averaged 6 a week at that point.

Pros

Broader required skills allow for experience in inventory management in addition to general sales. The video game department receives the highest traffic in store, reducing opportunities for tedium.

Cons

Despite the larger number of responsibilities, R Zone associates are still given the same minimum wage.
