      Pros

      Strong team atmosphere amongst fellow coworkers in all departments of the warehouse. Vacation time plus earned time off was a great way for employees to accumulate hours and customize their vacations during the summer months.

      Cons

      Managers were constantly on our backs about production numbers. Impossible standards to keep up with throughout the years. Raises were small and unfair. After all the stress the company put on its employees, it turns around and permanently shuts down the warehouse, letting go of all of its employees.
