Pros
Fun place to work, Customer service is rewarding when you get to know your regular shoppers and new shoppers that turn into regulars. Somewhat flexible hours once the management finishes tricking the system to fit all the employees schedules in. ~~
Cons
~Merchandising changes all the time sometimes too much ~Wages should be more than what they are ~Black out days occur even for Babies R Us employees even though its not as busy at the holidays ~Plan your vacations a year in advance and put in request 2 months or more ~Be prepared to learn as much as you can from the associates around you ~If you dont know something learn it on your own time ~
