It's retail so the hours are going to be inconsistent and at times difficult. Even if you say that you can't work weekends they will still try and schedule you anyways to see if you're really available. Also if you're joining the team as a seasonal hire, unless you are a n A+ employee do not expect to have your position transition into regular part-time. For most stores the usual amount of employees range between 30 and 50 depending on the size,etc. During the holiday season typically more that 100 additional people are hired. Don't expect great pay it retail. They pay over minimum wage but just barely for part-time employees (most times regardless of experience). They do give raises, they're not a lot but they do reflect your performance! Also, I did enjoy the community aspect but watch out for catty behavior. Again it's retail so this is to be expected. I've experienced it from people in all levels of the store.
