Pros

Significant number of employees who’ve worked for the company 10+ years. Small company feel operating within a corporate structure.

Cons

Poor vision and direction from senior management. Departments are siloed and intra-departmental collaboration is not promoted. Pay is far under industry average.

Cons

Impossible to plan your life outside work as schedule is constantly changing. Duties and responsibilities are not what are advertised through job postings and interviews. Difficult, almost impossible, to transfer to other locations.
