Pros

Great leadership team, competitive retirement package, low turn-over and a fun work environment. Work of balance is great.

Cons

Not a lot of great eateries near by but they have great coffee machines.

Pros

No employee contribution to health care benefits. 100% match on 401K up to first 6%. 7% contribution to retirement benefits, separate from 401K.

Cons

Vesting schedule is poor and lengthy. Salaries are below market rate. Working hours are extremely long. There is no work life balance. The company reneges on all its promises to the employees even if they were made in writing. The spin just changes. People are looking to jump ship.

Their benefits package is great. HR is always there to take care of you. Daryl is a great man to work for. The Steady Ship Foreman are THE BEST ON THE WATER! 5 day work week . Overall great people to work for.
