Had a great team I was working on

Cons

The (now) CEO was COO at the time. He brought in his 'buddies' to take over the software side and they were complete trash. One of the 'consultants' spent over a month on a piece that was supposed to help with testing and it didn't even work. He was then hired on permanently.
