LaSalle has a history of a great place to work which is evident by the average tenure of its employees.

Cons

its difficult to write 20 words that would be negative as relates to LaSalle if I could say anything it would be they could grow even faster.

At Trace3 you get to work with; amazing amazing people, leading and bleeding edge technology, clients from fortune 2000 to fortune 50. Trace3 is a place that encourages you to grow and stretch yourself and celebrates your accomplishments. It is an exciting place to be because leadership is not resting on its laurels and you can be a big part of the companies success.

Cons

Not a great place for people that are looking for a job that is not challenging. Requires people be self starters as Trace3 does not have middle management which requires people to be driven and ask for help when they need it.

Great training opportunity. Lots of time to get quality training. Great time at the company. Really appreciate the ability to define my own career path.

Cons

Lack of competent management. People promoted to incompetence. Focusing on the new technology and forgetting how to do what the customer really needs day to day.
