      There is a true desire to keep the things that have made this company successful and rise to challenge of thriving in a changing market.

      Cons

      Lack of strong management can lead to politics but most everyone is a team player so in the end the right things get done.

      I like the fact that I don't have to go very far to find an industry expert in almost any area of the business. Love the weekly All-Hands meeting hosted by the CEO

      I have been working at Trace3 for a little over a year. From the start I have been impressed with the organization's desire to connect and communicate as a team! From the top down, the people who work here consistently desire to improve on both normal corporate successes as well as cultural and employee happiness.
