      Pros

      Great training opportunity. Lots of time to get quality training. Great time at the company. Really appreciate the ability to define my own career path.

      Cons

      Lack of competent management. People promoted to incompetence. Focusing on the new technology and forgetting how to do what the customer really needs day to day.

      Pros

      There is not enough good things to say about this company. They really focus on individual goals and give you the tools to get there. The life/work balance is basically forced on you, and the pay, well, there isn't a better paying company within that industry.

      Cons

      Excellence is absolutely always expected. And that is hard to continually do, but being apart of such an organization inspires one to do so.
