Trace3 provides enormous opportunity for those willing to grab it! Those with a "roll your sleeves up" and humble attitude will excel at Trace3.

Cons

Constantly changing technology environment means the company and its people need to constantly change and upgrade skills to meeting tomorrow's technology challenges. Being a "master of such chaos" is not always for the faint of heart . . .

Pros

Very creative, energetic and open atmosphere. The people you work with here are passionate about their work--there are no clock punchers here which is nice because you're able to learn a ton. Lots and lots and lots of autonomy. Everyone's an adult here--no one is micromanaged. if you're on the sales side I know you can work from home, there is no vacation accrual--the vacation time is literally unlimited, which is great if you need a flexible schedule at times. No one abuses this either.

Cons

Because most people (more like all) that work here, got in from knowing someone else, it can be difficult to assimilate. BUT everyone is very friendly you just have to get in where you fit in. There is no middle management at this company. Which is an interesting dynamic and explains the lack of micromanagement. I love it, because it fosters an entrepreneurial spirit. However other who need to be told each step and hand held wont like this aspect.

At Trace3 you get to work with; amazing amazing people, leading and bleeding edge technology, clients from fortune 2000 to fortune 50. Trace3 is a place that encourages you to grow and stretch yourself and celebrates your accomplishments. It is an exciting place to be because leadership is not resting on its laurels and you can be a big part of the companies success.

Cons

Not a great place for people that are looking for a job that is not challenging. Requires people be self starters as Trace3 does not have middle management which requires people to be driven and ask for help when they need it.
