      Great place to learn about the indsutry. You work long and hard but you have some flexibility. Unlimited PTO, which means you're always on but its a great culture

      Remote flexibility, unlimited PTO - that's about it!

      Cons

      Terrible training; no program to onboard or train correctly for success! They will tell you - It's a lot to learn, and it will take years to fully understand the job.. but regardless they want you to figure it out ASAP; if you don't - you're out! They have no compassion or patience for anyone. High Turn-Over The employees are very "fake nice." Especially in California! Lots of snakes looking to take you down. Trust NO ONE!
