      Great place to learn the VAR landscape Fantastic Product Management is extremely knowledgeable and willing to work with anyone to win deals

      Lots of hard work off the bat - you need to be able to network very well and have an extensive knowledge of IT products

      Pros

      The people - it starts and ends there. The company attracts the best talent from engineering to sales to operations/finance. A great place to learn, be challenged, and supported by peers. Clients are very loyal which speaks for itself. The community of vendors is strong as well.

      Cons

      If you’re not an entrepreneur or independently motivated, it could be a challenge to find your way.
