Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience at Trace3 across every role I’ve held. Management is understanding and supportive, and there’s a strong sense that leadership genuinely cares about employee well-being and growth. Recruiting is one of Trace3’s biggest strengths—the recruiters are engaged, communicative, and truly focused on finding and retaining great talent. Overall, it’s a people-first environment that makes a real difference day to day.

Cons

Work‑life balance varies by team and project- Although each department strives to lineup across the business a work life balance can depend heavily on client demands, and role, meaning experiences may differ across departments.

Pros

Dedicated, tenured employees who care about the future of the company

Cons

Growth by acquisition has challenges for the acquired company. They are not as inclusive of the new employees as they can be, and not as forthcoming about changes and structure.

Pros

Trace3 has a collaborative and supportive culture. Even though the company is remote-first and teams are spread across locations, there is a strong sense of teamwork and knowledge sharing. My manager encourages professional growth and supports development opportunities like learning sessions and certifications. The people are genuinely supportive, and there is an intentional effort to create a welcoming environment for employees, partners, and clients.

Cons

Because the company is largely remote, staying connected sometimes requires extra intentional communication.
