Management is understanding and supportive, and there’s a strong sense that leadership genuinely cares about employee well-being and growth. Recruiting is one of Trace3’s biggest strengths—the recruiters are engaged, communicative, and truly focused on finding and retaining great talent. Overall, it’s a people-first environment that makes a real difference day to day.
