Pros
Company expenses your trips and training and there's some room to move different teams after you settle around and want to learn something new. Also a good start for young people who are just getting into IT and want to learn and grow.
Cons
Labor work as usual, and it can be very tiring. Sometimes they'll send you out to customer sites and mentally draining when you have to setup the network yourself in their data center.
