      Pros

      The people - it starts and ends there. The company attracts the best talent from engineering to sales to operations/finance. A great place to learn, be challenged, and supported by peers. Clients are very loyal which speaks for itself. The community of vendors is strong as well.

      Cons

      If you’re not an entrepreneur or independently motivated, it could be a challenge to find your way.

      Pros

      The culture was my favorite part of working at Trace3. Our office had a family-like atmosphere. Work-life balance was great too.

      Cons

      It can be tough to get started in this industry at first with deals taking a long time to build out and close. However, once you have an established book of business, the compensation is big.
