      Pros

      Very flexible here! They give you a long leash to do the things you want to work on without micro-managing. Love that it's collaborative where you can voice your opinions and ideas.

      Cons

      No equity. Hoping we'll get options down the road.

      Pros

      Cool benefits, outings and catered lunches. Cool concept and a solid value prop.

      Cons

      absolutely no real sales training. too autonomous to achieve real goals. Sales managers don't know left from right when it comes to leading teams other than breaking down your metrics and spoon feeding you what to say. You will run a full sales desk and if you don't know when to prospect, follow up, handle customer success, run demos, give intro calls all while juggling a social life you'll fail.

      Pros

      Trace3 pushes you in all the right ways. My career and professional development has accelerated since I started here. I look back and I would be 10 years behind where I am now had a stayed in my old job. The people here are terrific. I have made many close friends. Employees are the right mix of really smart and super cool! Best job I have had so far.

      Cons

      Con was no 401K employer match but we have that now! :) So nothing else.
