      Pros

      Trace3 provides enormous opportunity for those willing to grab it! Those with a "roll your sleeves up" and humble attitude will excel at Trace3.

      Cons

      Constantly changing technology environment means the company and its people need to constantly change and upgrade skills to meeting tomorrow's technology challenges. Being a "master of such chaos" is not always for the faint of heart . . .

      Some nice people. Small organization, moves swiftly.

      Cons

      Management and recruiters are a bunch of sorry liars! Seriously, dont waste your time with these cons as I did. I have had experiences where a manager would say one excuse and another would come up with a totally different lie. Its a toxic culture if they are so readily willing to lie and not worry about the consequences. Heed my warning friends.
