I need to preface, I quit this job for a better opportunity. Believe it or not, this is the truth, and nothing stated here is a lie, a stretch or anything but the truth. Quotes were directly stated by management to me.   Non-competitive wage, 0 incentive to excel, no wage structure, no diversity, virtually no opportunities to advance, no development or coaching from management, you are TREATED as replaceable and non-important, the job description is up to the discretion of management so you will be ABUSED for your skills instead of fairly compensated for them and when you retract your willingness to participate, you will be the enemy. The VP of Logistics will tell you in the interview "This job is as easy as ordering from Amazon." this is maybe the truth at other locations. In GR you will "eat everyone else's (you know what)" and be expected to "just accept it". This place, this team, this job will drain you if you don't escape after your 1-year department transfer probation. Go to Shipping or Technical instead of Receiving, trust me.

No onboarding process, bad politics. Leadership will toss you under the bus at will and without warning, especially if you're newer. Good ole boys club who hate being challenged by strong minded professionals. I'm not saying you shouldn't work here - but you should take everything that's said to you with a shot of penicillin.
