Pros

Trace3 has an excellent executive team that really listens to its employees. I would say the top two things about Trace3 is its culture and people. It's a people business and that's what makes them so successful.

Cons

It's a sales first mentality which can be a struggle for the engineering/operations side of the house.

Pros

I cannot say enough great things about Trace3. Supportive team members lead with solutions and collaborate effectively to support our clients' needs. A healthy work-life balance isn't just a concept here - managers and colleagues encourage taking time off when needed. There's also a great deal of autonomy. You won't be micro-managed but are expected to get your work completed in a timely manner. Training materials are provided and resources are readily available - Trace3 does a great job investing in employee development and growth.

Cons

My interview process was lengthy but in retrospect, I'm grateful that I had the opportunity to meet with so many of the team members that I now work with.

Pros

I love my team - everyone works well together and we're very collaborative. I've been able to learn a lot and feel like I've grown during my time here. Everyone is encouraged to be independent - not micro-managed, and the company has been making attempts to encourage getting certifications.

Cons

The company is continuing to grow so it can be overwhelming. There is a lot to learn so be ready for a lot to be thrown at you.
