      Pros

      -Unique company culture -A lot of autonomy -Accessibility of leaders at all levels, from line management all the way up to the Executive team. -Some of the best people that I've worked with. -Flexibility of schedule. Trace3 is more focused on results than tasks. As long as you meet your deliverables, all is good. -Annual Evolve conference = highlight of the year that all of Trace3 employees look forward to.

      Cons

      -Trace3 is not the right company for you if you're too process-oriented.

      There is a true desire to keep the things that have made this company successful and rise to challenge of thriving in a changing market.

      Lack of strong management can lead to politics but most everyone is a team player so in the end the right things get done.

      Pros

      An amazing company to work for Trace3 is like a second family to me. We are all here to encourage and support each other. A flexible schedule allowing us to work from home when needed, or leave early. Our department never fails to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, making each of us feel important. Great benefits. Relaxed atmosphere, yet when it is time to get to work, we do.

      Cons

      Unless you have a background in IT, it might be harder to find open positions within the company. Most open positions are for engineers or architects, however, i know many people who have moved up in the company and didn't have IT experience at the start. So it is possible, you just have to put in the extra work.
