      Pros

      Unlimited snacks. unlimited drinks, food very often catered, very open environment, SPIFFS are nice if you're on the sales team, fun environment, entrepreneurial spirit is HUGE, work from home, amazingly passionate and helpful leadership. TONS of opportunities to learn technologies and grow professionally.

      Cons

      Career growth is tough because of the entrepreneurial spirit. You kind of have to get your own promotion, educate yourself, teach yourself and connect with the right people and get them to take you, its not going to happen like at many other companies. No middle management--this could be a pro or a con.

      Pros

      Flexible time and beer in the break room. Holiday events are fun and yearly conferences in Las Vegas drives up moral. Preaches cloud and big data very well.

      Cons

      Sales model is not sustainable. Groups within groups causes an imbalance in resource availability. No proper performance evaluation process. Many are always on edge of loosing their jobs. Afraid to go after large accounts because there is not enough resources to actually get the job done. Many good people leave while the bad ones stay and get promoted.
