There is a steep learning curve if you are new to the life sciences industry. Once you get past that though, there's so great opportunities to be had. Managers actually care about helping you grow and reach the next step in your careers. There's a competitive, albeit collaborative atmosphere among the sales team which is great as well. Would absolutely recommend

TraceLink not only brings solutions to its customers, it also brings insight. There is so much knowledge, experience and passion in this company that customers and prospects want to stay in touch. Watch out SAP!

Cons

Very fast paced and demanding. If you expect someone to tell you want to do, you this is not the right place to be.
