Pros

Awesome people from director down to individual contributors Free lunch Cool trips that they pay for Will prove all expenses….especially if you are remote

Cons

The CEO does not care about his staff. High performers are being laid off - replaced with less expensive options Cost cutting is everywhere here due to the lavish office and trips the leadership created Many outside leaders have been brought in too help….only to leave less than a year due to the CEO and COO

High Potential Software - Terrible Leadership no Stragegy

Pros

Product-Market Fit: The technology is genuinely mission-critical for the supply chain industry. Resilient Talent: The Director and Manager levels are filled with high-caliber individuals doing their best despite a lack of executive support.

Cons

CEO’s "Echo Chamber": The CEO operates on a power trip that stifles any genuine growth. Leadership positions are exclusively reserved for "yes-people"—individuals who will agree with his vision regardless of data or market reality. If you have a different opinion or offer a strategic pivot, you are yelled at and typically ushered toward the exit. Inexperienced and Unqualified Sales Leadership: The CRO lacks the credibility and experience required to scale a real commercial organization. Instead of building a collaborative team, the environment is defined by a lack of transparency and an inability to foster professional growth. Micromanagement vs. Strategy: Because the CEO micromanages every facet of the business, there is no room for high-level strategy, leading to "unexpected" layoffs and a revolving door of talented leaders.
