During my time at TraceLink, the last year was extremely challenging. There were significant layoffs of US-based employees, and many of us were placed under the management of individuals located in other countries. This led to issues such as excessive micro-management, a lack of work-life balance, limited opportunities for promotion, and being pressured to work late and over the weekend.
