Pros
- Work/life balance - Products are exciting to work on - Fairly challenging sometimes - Our department feels super friendly and welcoming to foreigners - Your ideas and thoughts will be heard; of course at least that's the case in our department - Room for development since we can propose new technologies, investigate and implement them
Cons
- The location is far from Copenhagen and not so easy to commute too depending on where you live - Most of the values if not all are client oriented; it's nice to have some company values outside of that for me personally to keep me motivated - Sometimes it feels like the company doesn't really care about its employees; high turn-over - It's hard to communicate between between departments - Lack of benefits
