Great Industry Great coworkers and peers at HQ in Denmark Industry leading product Constant innovation and reinvestment in product improvements.

Cons

Well below average pay (base and commission) No sales structure US Sales leadership does not align with Danish leadership at HQ. Little to no opportunity for advancement. Company does not value tenured employees or their feedback. Poor company culture that believes in product over people.
