Pros
Interesting work, people in the US office are all very nice and genuinely care about you, work schedule flexibility, golf simulator in the office, great culture and some employees have the ability to work overtime if set to hourly pay, lunches sometimes are ordered in
Cons
Average pay at best, either no raise or minuscule 3% raise tops, nowhere to move up within the company besides sales, very disorganized training process and you are basically thrown in the fire on the phones without proper knowledge of the product.
