Working for Trackman is great because it is a fairly small private company which means that all employees have a lo to say.

Cons

Downside is also the size as there is now a lot of opportunity for long career growth.

Have to work holidays and weekends. Customers are older people that aren't as technologically literate so it requires a lot of patience.
