      Pros

      Can be a fun job if you like being outdoors and are interested in primitive/wilderness skills. Very nice community amongst employees

      Cons

      Bad management that is unqualified and very low skill level of primitive skills in employees. A lot of imaginary fantasy type stuff going on that has nothing to do with their brand as a wilderness survival school for youth.

And yes, our Realms program does focus on role play connected to wilderness and survival skills. We have many programs available for campers and adults that focus on a variety of wilderness survival and other skills.       Has Been A Life Changing Opportunity.

      Pros

      You will learn life skills here; you will also learn skills you never thought you needed. It takes some serious grit, the ability to learn from your mistakes and always want to do better, the common sense to survive in some pretty intense games of wit, and the wherewithal to see the finest of details and how they relate to all other things, but it is so much fun and so worth it. This place will challenge you and can help you to be a better person, if that is what you are looking for in a workplace. I have found it life changing to work outdoors with kids and nature and tune who I am as a person in the process.

      Cons

      It is not for the faint of heart. Also, you have to drink SO MUCH water.
