Business Outlook
Pros
-The company does care about the customers and there employes. -Pay is higher than minimum wage. - some of the people were amazing to work with. -The customers are amazing to work with..well most. -The store just got new management I pray the store does well.
Cons
-Management was never around to help the cashier if needed. she was always outside with her cigarette talking on the phone. District manager had no idea of what was really going on in the store. In result she got a promotion she never deserved. -Training was watch video and let me place you at the register with out explainging how it works. -No room for moving up in the company. -was a ton of theft in the store..?
