      Pros

      Never a dull moment, always something to do, fantastic team! Coming from a big box retail background, it is not as fast passed. I have more time to spend with the customers, giving more of a chance to learn them a little better. That really makes it nice.

      Cons

      Having only 30 minutes for lunch is kinda tough, and that makes for a work day...... I usually like to run for 3 or so miles. I use it as a stress release!

      Pros

      I love everything about my job except having to work every weekend. The pay is good. Co-workers are a varied mix of age, backgrounds, experiences, etc. All good people. The work is hard but fun. Everyone works together. The farm and ranch life customers that we serve are a very interesting group of people. I learn something new every day.

      Cons

      We get one truck a week On Friday. That means I work every Friday and then every Saturday I have to work the 5am-3pm freight team shift. Every Saturday. We have asked, begged, and pleaded for our truck day to be changed. It hasn't happened yet, and the way it's just being blown off, I don't think it's very much of a concern for district manager and up.
