      flexible schedule, fast pace , customers are nice

      Cons

      if you work at the register it is not that bad but if you are stocking feed or dog food you make the smae amount as you would if you just stood at the register.

      Pros

      If you are a white, man who cares about nothing but money, then you will do very well here. Also, the company is doing very well and continues to stay in the black without laying anyone off.

      Cons

      Glass ceiling for women, I can count the number of minorities (non-whites) employed at the main office on two hands, and is an old white man's club. If you aren't "one of them" you will not advance very far, despite hard work and performance. Feels like working in George Orwell's 1984. Liberals, gays, blacks, women, people with health problems or disabilities.....RUN.
