      The employee discount is very helpful, sometimes. The big Christmas one-time, one item, 40 percent coupon is deceptive. It's only good for up to a hundred bucks and can't be used on a sale item. Well, it's Christmas and everything is on sale. My poor daughter got hot feed this year.

      Cons

      No help. No chance of getting help. You beg for help. You cry for help. There is no help. No cavalry is coming, so enjoy doing it all by yourself.
