      Pros

      I have worked at several technology companies in South Florida, and elsewhere in the United States. TradeStation is the best, and by a wide margin. You will get to prove yourself here, and it's also very fun. Leadership is good. They make smart decisions and as a Software Engineer you will get to participate in very interesting projects.

      None. Nothing worth writing about.

      Pros

      Benefits like vacation days per year, health insurance, work from home, coffee machine, football table, great computer and monitors. Good working environment, very friendly people. Highly technical environment, able to play with new technologies including cloud's. Bonus once a year. Not an outsourcing company.

      Cons

      Two layoffs during last 4 years (one during pandemic, other was 4 years ago). Low salary increases unless you get a promotion.
